About Beata Leszczynska

I am a native Polish speaker who has lived in South Africa since 2005. Before moving to South Africa, I lived in the United Kingdom. I graduated from the University of Gdansk, Poland, with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences and later completed a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management at the Technical University of Gdansk.

I have always had an interest in languages and taught English as a foreign language in Poland. I have also taught Polish as a foreign language in South Africa. In 2008 I became a sworn translator at the High Court of South Africa, registered under the number 1510/08. I am a member of South African Translators’ Institute (SATI) and Professional Editors’ Guild (PEG).

In addition to working as a translator, I have been involved in work of the Polish Association in the Cape Province and have served as a Treasurer for the Association.

Since 2006 I have been providing advice and assistance to my Clients (both South African and overseas clients) with Polish ancestry with obtaining Polish citizenship and Polish passports.

I also worked at an immigration company in Cape Town where I assisted foreigners with South African visa and permit applications.

My clients include translation agencies, immigration companies, language schools, public sector, large and small companies and private individuals.

I can provide both types of translations: Certified (sworn) translations and non-certified translations (general translations). I provide high quality translations from Polish to English and from English to Polish and can assure maximum confidentiality.
